Website Redesign Agency

A website redesign is not a fresh coat of paint. It is the moment to fix what is quietly costing you: slow pages, unclear messaging, a mobile experience that makes people leave, and a CMS nobody wants to touch. Pixiilab redesigns and rebuilds websites for startups, service businesses and product brands that have outgrown their current site.

We start by measuring what the current site does well, keep what works, and rebuild the rest on a platform your team can run — without losing the search rankings you have already earned.

We build on
  • Next.js
  • React
  • React Native
  • Node.js
  • Supabase
  • Shopify
  • WordPress
  • Webflow
  • Figma
  • Vercel
  • AWS
  • Google Cloud
Problems we solve

Problems a website redesign solves

If you have typed any of these into Google, you are in the right place.

“signs you need a website redesign”

Looks dated next to competitors

A redesign grounded in what the current site does well and what it costs you, not just a new look.

“website redesign without losing seo”

Afraid of losing rankings

Every URL mapped and redirected, titles and content preserved, indexing checked after launch.

“website not mobile friendly”

Awkward on a phone

Mobile-first layouts and performance, tested on real devices, where most of your visitors are.

“website hard to update”

The team avoids editing the site

A CMS and page structure your team can run, with training at handover.

“website redesign cost”

No idea what a redesign should cost

An audit that sets the scope, then a fixed-price quote and timeline before design starts.

Website Redesign

What's included

Every engagement is scoped to your goals — here's where we typically start.

Website audit

Performance, SEO, UX and content reviewed so the redesign targets what actually costs you leads.

Redesign & rebuild

New design and a clean build on the platform your team can run.

Content migration

Every old URL mapped and redirected, titles and content carried over or improved.

Post-launch checks

Indexing, Core Web Vitals and a 30-day fix window after go-live.

Redesign around results, not trends

Most redesigns fail in one of two ways: they change everything, including the pages that were working, or they change nothing that matters and just look newer. We review analytics, search data and user behaviour first, so the redesign targets the pages and flows that actually move leads and sales.

Migration is where rankings get lost. Every old URL is mapped to its new home with permanent redirects, titles and content are carried over or improved, and we check indexing after launch so the new site starts ahead of the old one, not behind it.

FAQ

Website Redesign questions, answered

How do I know if my website needs a redesign?

Common signs: it looks dated next to competitors, it is slow or awkward on a phone, your team avoids editing it, leads have flattened, or it no longer reflects what you sell. An audit tells you which of those a redesign would actually fix.

Will a redesign hurt my Google rankings?

Not when the migration is handled properly. We map every old URL to its new page with permanent redirects, preserve or improve titles and content, submit the new sitemap and monitor indexing after launch.

Can we keep our current platform?

Often, yes. If WordPress, Shopify or Webflow still fits how your team works, we redesign on it. If the platform itself is the problem, we recommend a move and handle it.

How long does a website redesign take?

Typically four to eight weeks depending on the number of pages, content changes and integrations. You get a timeline with your fixed-price quote.

Do you rewrite the content too?

We can. Many redesigns include new messaging and page copy, or we work with your existing content and tighten it to fit the new structure.
