An internal operations dashboard with expense tracking, webhook automation and AI-assisted workflows, built on SvelteKit and Supabase.
Running an agency and a consumer brand side by side meant expenses, client tasks and recurring operations lived in spreadsheets, inboxes and chat threads. Nothing talked to anything else, and the owner was the integration.
We built a single dashboard on SvelteKit with Supabase for the database, authentication and storage. Expense tracking with categories and receipts, task and client views, and an automation layer driven by n8n webhooks that reacts to events such as a new lead, a paid invoice or a form submission. AI-assisted workflows draft summaries and follow-ups so the team reviews rather than writes from scratch.
One place for operations data, automations that run without anyone remembering to trigger them, and a codebase we extend every time a manual step shows up twice.
