A cleaning company was getting enquiries by phone and Facebook message, losing the ones that arrived outside working hours and relying on word of mouth for reviews. It had no site that ranked for local searches and no simple way for customers to book.
We designed and built a WordPress site around one job, getting a booking. Service pages for residential and commercial cleaning, transparent "what's included" sections, and an AI chat assistant that answers questions and books appointments at any hour. After each job an automated flow asks the customer for a Google review. Local SEO covered location pages, business schema, Google Business Profile optimisation and consistent citations.
As reported by the client, bookings tripled within 60 days of launch, with after-hours enquiries now captured by the booking assistant instead of lost.
